Deposit of 1 night to secure reservation – balance to be paid on arrival. This applies to all but the December January period. That is 1 night to secure, 50% of the balance paid august and balance in October.
Check in / out procedures:
Check-in is between 2.00pm and 5.00pm. Reception hours are between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 3.00pm Saturday and Sunday. Please advise if you are going to arrive after reception is closed so alternative arrangements can be made. Normal check-out time is 10.00am.
Linen:
Linen is provided as part of your package.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation, the following will apply to all deposits paid.
Bookings during Peak season periods (which include school holidays, Easter, long weekends and December& January bookings) may be cancelled but deposits or monies paid are Non Refundable. There are no refunds for early departures or requested departures as a result of breaches of Forster Holiday Village rules.
All cancellations must be made directly to the office by phone, during office hours Monday to Sunday.
No refund will be paid if the cancellation is within 30 days of the arrival date. If the cancellation is greater than 30 days of the arrival date, then the deposit amount will be held for up to 12 months and is to be applied to a future booking with us or the deposit amount less a $50 administrative fee will be refunded. If a Government imposed shutdown occurs then all deposits will be refunded in full regardless of when the shutdown occurs prior to the commencement of the booking.
Advice on Cancellation Policy during COVID-19
In light of the current COVID-19 situation, we have the following set of guidelines in regards to cancellation/booking changes.
For changes to bookings from 18 March 2020 to 30 May 2020. Guests can receive a credit to their guest account, no cash refunds will be given.
If the government and health authorities advise of travel restrictions to the area, a full refund will be provided.
Outside this period standard policy applies which can be found at [insert link to your current cancellation policy].
The risk of hotel patrons who may be infected staying in hotel settings is currently extremely low.
We have increased its cleaning measures and hand sanitising stations have been installed in all public spaces such as ablution blocks, reception, camp kitchen and laundry.
We wish to reiterate that all travellers should remain alert, but please do not panic.
The advice noted above will be monitored and amended as required in line with recommendations from health authorities.
